    My service feedback with Lettings

    Despite Austin Wyatt constantly telling me that they will respond to issued concerning my rented property, this very rarely happens and I constantly have to call and email them back to chase things up. It also seems that I am not talking to industry professionals, as when I do call, I am placed on hold for various things, mostly "I'll need to check with a colleague". I could go on...

    Every query or problem encountered was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Indeed, they did more than I would have expected in facilitating communications amongst ourselves, our buyers, both sets of solicitors and other parties involved in the sale.

    My service feedback with Sales

    The initial phase was managed well - the marketing aspects, the viewings etc. However, once a buyer had been found, there was a noticeable reduction in the level of service. We were not really kept fully informed and some information was given to us by our solicitors rather than by Austin & Wyatt. The impression was that they were more interested in the buyer than in the seller - who is in fact paying their fees.

    They acted very professionally, did what they said they would do, answered all my questions without delay and were pro active in dealing with my buyers. The office staff at Bishops Waltham were first class. Bill Butler.

    Turn up to viewing on time(2 times they were late)had high street fee and being told it was my job to ring solicitors, would not use this Agent again

    Disappointing experience - but to be expected because Countrywide

    Used Austin Wyatt for sale of property. (Southampton) Was hoping their high street presence would be beneficial. Unfortunately, we did alot of the work and alot of the chasing. It wasn't until we went into the office or threatened to go somewhere else that we saw things happen. We found somewhere to purchase but missed out on it due to lack of things happening with our sale despite having lot's of interest. Just a really disappointing experience. Not the people. Since learnt is a common thing with their owners - Countrywide.
